Refund policy

Warranty and Return Policy:

We provide a 14-day "Defect upon Receipt" warranty on all products. This guarantees a replacement for items that were damaged before or during shipping. The defective item must be returned. Additionally, we offer a two-year warranty from the date of receipt of the lightsaber on the handle, including the components inside it (specifically the soundboard/core, speaker, LED). The blade and battery are considered consumable parts and can be damaged through improper use. This applies especially to neopixel blades. Therefore, there is no warranty on blades and batteries (except for defects upon receipt).

We can only accept unworn clothes in like-new condition for returns. For example, if the size does not fit, we are happy to exchange the item, provided it has only been tried on.
