Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Lightsabers and accessories are shipped separately from cosplay items (costumes).

We ship lightsabers and accessories worldwide free of charge. Our packages are shipped with various shipping couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and Hermes directly from our manufacturer (LGT / Nexussaber / Damiensaber) to you. The delivery time is usually, unless otherwise stated, 2-4 weeks after receipt of order. The ordered items are produced individually before they are shipped, which is why the tracking number is usually only communicated by e-mail 1-2 weeks after the order. Please check the spam folder if you cannot find the order or shipping confirmation email. Delivery delays may occur and we accept no liability. Import duties and VAT are payable. If you have any questions about the shipping status, we are always happy to help.

Our cosplay items are shipped free of charge within the EU from our warehouse in Germany via DHL and there are no further (import) fees. The delivery time for DE and AU is usually, unless otherwise stated, 1-3 working days after receipt of order. For all other countries, the delivery time is 3-12 working days. The tracking number for the shipment will be sent by e-mail as soon as it is available. Please check the spam folder if you cannot find the order or shipping confirmation email. We accept no liability for delivery delays.

We grant a 14-day "defect on receipt" warranty on all products. This entitles you to a replacement of items that were damaged before or during shipping. The defective item must be returned. We also grant a two-year warranty from receipt of the lightsaber on the handle including the components contained therein (namely soundboard/core, loudspeaker, LED). The blade and battery are considered items of use and can be damaged if used improperly. This applies in particular to Neopixel blades. Due to this, there is no warranty on blades and batteries (with the exception of defects upon receipt).

We can only accept unworn clothes in new condition for return. For example, if the size does not fit, we will gladly exchange the items if they have only been tried on.
