Clothes / Costumes: Free shipping within the EU

Lightsabers and accessories are shipped separately from cosplay items (costumes).


Lightsabers:

We ship lightsabers and accessories worldwide for free. Our packages are sent with various couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Hermes directly from our manufacturers (LGT / Nexussaber / Damiensaber) to you. The delivery time is generally, unless otherwise stated, 2–4 weeks after order receipt. The ordered items are custom-made before shipping, so tracking numbers are usually provided by email 1–2 weeks after ordering. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the order or shipping confirmation email. Delivery delays may occur, and we do not accept liability for them. Import duties and VAT apply upon import. We are always happy to help with any questions regarding shipping status.


Clothes / Costumes:

Our cosplay items are shipped within the EU free of charge from our warehouse in Germany via DHL, with no additional (import) fees. Delivery time for Germany and Austria is generally, unless otherwise noted, 1–3 business days after order receipt. For all other countries, delivery takes 3–12 business days. The tracking number for the shipment will be sent by email as soon as it is available. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the order or shipping confirmation email. We do not accept liability for delivery delays.


Warranty and Return Policy:

Lightsabers:

We offer a 14-day “Defect upon Receipt” warranty on all products. This guarantees replacement for items damaged before or during shipping. The defective item must be returned. Additionally, we provide a two-year warranty from receipt of the lightsaber on the handle, including the components inside (specifically the soundboard/core, speaker, LED). The blade and battery are considered consumable parts and can be damaged by improper use, especially neopixel blades. Therefore, there is no warranty on blades and batteries (except for defects upon receipt).


Clothes / Costumes:

We can only accept unworn clothes in like-new condition for returns. For example, if the size does not fit, we are happy to exchange the items, provided they have only been tried on.
